THAILAND TRAIN TRAVEL
 
THE STATE RAILWAYS OF THAILAND TICKETS SALES POLICY:
1. Train ticket are sold on first come first served basis. Pre booking is not allowed therefore tickets will only be issued when payment is made.
2. Seat availability can be checked only 60 days before departure date.
3. Train tickets are available for purchase only 60 days before departure date (for short routings they can only be purchased 2 days prior departure date)

BOOKING STEPS: (please read this carefully)
1. Once we receive your inquiry we will check for seat availability.
2. We will advise you of seat availability (at the time of checking) by returned e-mail. If you should decide to go ahead with purchasing the ticket(s), payment will have to be made immediately by credit card as it's the quickest way for us to receive the money in order to secure the requested seats.
3. Once we have received the money, ticket(s) will be issued immediately awaiting your delivery instructions.
4. If the seat(s) requested should run out, we will suggest an alternative date, time or class. If you are not happy with the new suggestion, full refund will be made back to your credit card minus credit card fees (our handling fees will not be charged).
5.Ticket Details Check: After you book and receive a confirmation email please check the following very carefully
     5.1. Date and Time of departure
     5.2. Departure and arrival cities
     5.3. Class. 1st or 2nd, sleeper or seat.
     5.4. That the address you have provided is full and complete

FARES & HANDLING FEE:
The train fares listed below are actual fares. Our handling fee are as follows:
     1 Person = Baht 300 per person/trip (one way or round trip)
     2 Persons up = Baht 200 per person/trip (one way or round trip)

TICKET DELIVERY:
1. Tickets can delivery at train station (Hua Lampong Train Station Only) by our representative with your sign name in front of information counter an hour before the train depart from station with fee THB300 in cash.
2. Tickets can delivery at Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Muang Airport or Don Muang Train Station by our representative with your sign name at arrival hall on your arrival flight with fee THB500 If we can not see you within one hour after flight land and we do not receive any contact from you, we will let our representative back and will charge for NO-SHOW THB250.
3. Tickets can delivery at any place in Thailand with free of charge by Express Mail Service (EMS) but you should provide full postal address, your check in period and agency name.
4. Tickets can delivery at hotel within Bangkok with free of charge on your arrival date (or a few day before that if it is on long weekend or not our business day) so you need to provide your check in date, booking name, and agency name also.
5. If you choose to have tickets sent to your home (oversea), it is important to note that you need to send it back for us again in case of change or refund in the future. Courier fare is different upon destination zoning of courier service (FedEx/DPEX). Tickets should arrive in most countries within 7 working days. Allow more time for remote areas. During holiday times they may take longer. In December the delivery time may be 2 weeks or more.

IMPORTANT:
If you are flying to Thailand we DO NOT recommend you try to take a train on the same day. Stay in your arrival city that night and take a train the next day. If you arrive in the morning and want to take a night train that should be OK. Remember that refunds cannot be issued for missed trains

RESERVATION CHANGE / REFUND CONDITIONS:
1. Tickets can be changed ONE time only. After this no changes are permitted
2. If the ticket is still keep in our place, we can do any change with fee THB50 for rail company and different fare (if your original ticket is expensive than new ticket, the different will be non-refund but you need to pay more if your original ticket is cheaper than new ticket.) or refund for you with 20% deduction fee from rail company (4 days prior to departure) or with 50% deduction fee from rail company (3 days up to an hour prior to departure) and THB50 per ticket for change or refund fee from our company.
3. Once tickets have been issued and dispatched, we suggest you to contact any rail office near your place to change or refund.
4. We can do some partial refund for unused ferry and bus ticket which issue by our company.
5. We are not responsible for postal or courier losses of tickets.
6. Lost or destroyed tickets are non-refundable.
7. Refund will be made the same way the fares have been paid:
     - by cash - after what is deducted by SRT
     - by credit card - after what is deducted by SRT
     - by bank transfer - after what is deducted by SRT plus bank transfer fee

REMARK:
1. We are only travel agency do train ticket booking so we are not responsible for any acts or omissions made by the State Railways of Thailand including, delays, cancellations, industrial action, civil strife or natural disasters.
2. Each train ticket are reserved in our company name (except special request) but you need to give us all passenger name for another issues.
3. Stated journeys departing from Bangkok will be from Hua Lumpong (central) station.
4. You do not have to reconfirm your ticket and need to arrive at the train station at least 30 minutes prior to departure to give enough time to find the correct platform
5. Tickets are valid only for the specified train so (it need to change on the ticket also if you need to change the departure station).
6. Luggage Allowance: 1st class 50 kg; 2nd class 40 kg; others 30 kg.
