Thailand Train Reservation Services

STATE RAILWAY OF THAILAND TICKETS SALES POLICY:
1. Train ticket are sold on first come first served basis. Pre booking is not allowed therefore tickets will only be issued when payment is made.
2. Seat availability can be checked only 60 days before departure date.
3. Train tickets are available for purchase only 60 days before departure date (for short routings they can only be purchased 2 days prior departure date).

BOOKING STEPS: (please read this carefully)
1. Once we receive your inquiry we will check for seat availability.
2. We will advise you of seat availability (at the time of checking) by returned e-mail. If you should decide to go ahead with purchasing the ticket(s), payment will have to be made immediately by credit card as it's the quickest way for us to receive the money in order to secure the requested seats.
3. Once we have received the money, ticket(s) will be issued immediately awaiting your delivery instructions.
4. If the seat(s) requested should run out, we will suggest an alternative date, time or class. If you are not happy with the new suggestion, full refund will be made back to your credit card minus credit card fees (our handling fees will not be charged).

FARES & HANDLING FEE
The train fares listed below are actual fares. Our handling fee are as follows:
1 Person = Baht 300 per person/trip (one way or round trip)
2 Persons up = Baht 200 per person/trip (one way or round trip)

PAYMENT
Payment are to be made by credit card. For more details

DELIVERY
We are able to deliver train tickets to you:
1. On arrival in Bangkok
2. By post office mail or courier to other parts of Thailand
3. By post office mail or courier to anywhere in the world. Delivery fee

TICKET REFUND POLICY BY THE STATE RAILWAY OF THAILAND (SRT)
1. If refund 4 days prior to departure 20% will be deducted from fares
2. If refund prior to train departure up to 3 days 50% will be deducted from fares
3. There will no refund if the train has already left the station
Refund will be made the same way the fares have been paid & it will take approximately minimum 2 months:
>> By cash - after what is deducted by SRT
>> By credit card - after what is deducted by SRT
>> By bank transfer - after what is deducted by SRT plus bank transfer fee
