7. Prices are included longtail boat to Railey beach / Additional charge of BHT 200.-/pax/way will be applied for guests who arrive after 18.00 Hrs. and leave before 06.00 Hrs.
8. For the transfer to Koh Lanta by van + ferry boat, our services will be finished / started at Lanta ferry pier and the ferry boat Krabi - Lanta will be operated at 11H00 / 14H00 & Lanta - Krabi at 08H00 / 13H00 only. In case of clients arrive Krabi airport after 12H30 OR leave Krabi by early morning / late evening flight, they should to go / leave Koh Lanta by van. Ferry Krabi - Lanta Island will be operated during 01 Nov'07 - 30 April'08 only.
9. For the transfer to Koh Lanta by van, we'll transfer the clients to their hotels in Klong Dao area or Sri Lanta hotel.
10. This transfer will be operated for clients who stay at Pimalai Resort , transfer by private van.
11. The land transfer from Ratchada pier Phuket to the hotel Phuket will be in the area of Patong / Kata / Karon only and transfer are based on S.I.C. The transfer will be operated during 01 Nov'07 - 30 April'08 only.
12. Ferry boat from Koh Phi Phi to Koh Lanta& Koh Lanta to Phuket will be operated during 01 Nov' 07 - 30 April'08 only.
13. No charge for handling fee.
14. Our service will finish at Tonsai pier on Phi Phi Island. Please contact hotels on Phi Phi Island to arrange the transfer from Tonsai pier to hotels or vv.
15. For transfer to Koh Lanta by van + ferry boat, our services will be finished at Lanta pier. Please contact the hotels in Lanta to arrange land transfer from the pier to hotels or vv.

How does it work?
1. Reservation must made 72 hours before transfer
2. Payment must be made in full before arrival
3. Our driver or escort guide will meet you at the arrival terminal "Group Meeting Point" holding our company logo signage with your name on it.
4. For driver cum escort option, he will assist you with your luggage and arrange for bell captain to handle your luggage on arrival
5. For escort guide, he/she will assist you in all of above plus provide general information about Thailand en route and assist you with check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
1. If notification of cancellation is received 2 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to arrival date
    >> There will be no cancellation charge except for credit card processing fee of 5%

2. If notification of cancellation is received less than 2 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to arrival date,
    >> Non refundable

3. No show
    >> Non refundable
