Qualifications
- Female, age between 25 - 37
years
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in
Tourism or related field
- Very good command of English
in writing, listening & speaking
- Computer literacy : MS Word,
Excel, E-mail (Outlook) and
Internet
- Minimum experience in
related fields: 3 years
- Good personality and
interpersonal skills
- Ready to work under pressure
and longer hours in the high
season
- Must be a team player
Job Description
- Daily correspondence with
the overseas agents in English
languages
- Hotel, transport and tours
reservations
- Provide travel information
and reservation to the inquiries
or bookings made by e-mails,
phones and faxes
- Provide full customer
service and support to the
clients with regards to travel
arrangements
