Room Checkin/out
Normal checkout time is 12 noon. This means if you arrive early morning and would like your room available it will be necessary to book from the night before. Alternatively if you are departing late evening and would like to hold your room, an extra night or half day rate will be charged. 

Hotel Category 
To assist you in making your choice, we have classified all hotels in categories from Standard Class to Deluxe:

Standard Class : Properties which, are generally comfortable and offer modest accommodation are given to this classification. These properties offer limited facilities, services and amenities. They may not for example have restaurants or bars.

Superior Class : Properties in this category generally offer comfortable guest rooms and functional public areas. Many feature a coffee shop, restaurant, bar and lounge.

First Class : These properties are well maintained and of a superior quality. Facilities, services and amenities are of high standard. Public areas are generally extensive and guest rooms are tastefully furnished.

Deluxe Class : Properties in this category are outstanding, offering luxury accommodation, high standards of service and facilities which, considered the best available in the country.

The categories mentioned apply to hotel property in general. Within selected hotels, some rooms may vary slightly from the overall hotel category.

Definition of Room Configuration

Single Room : When an adult or child occupies a room alone.

Twin Room : When two adults, two children or one adult and one child share the same room using two separate beds.

Double Room :  When two adults, two children or one adult and one child share the same room queen or king sized bed.

Triple Room : Usually consist of a twin bedded, or a double- bedded room, with an additional sofa bed or a folding rollaway. While suitable for children, they may not be quite as comfortable for adults. Three adults sharing the same room each pay the share triple rate.

Child Extra Bed : When one child shares the same room with two persons and occupies an extra bed.

Child Share Bed : When one child does not have their own bed but share a bed with one or two adults or another child. Suitable only for small children. Beds are usually one double or two twins.

Child & Infant Policy
For most hotels, a child is aged between 2 and less than 12 years and an infant is aged under 2 years. Before booking please check the hotel's Child Policy.
