TOUR SUMMARY

From the mountains and jungles of the North to the temple filled central plains and ending in the bustling Metropolis of Bangkok this tour offers some great cycling, unforgettable scenery and a great cultural experience.
We start in the northern city of Chiang Mai before we start heading south and visit the historic cities of Sukhothai, Khampeng Phet and Ayutthaya. In between We pass through provincial Thailand where rural life is the norm and so makes a pleasant contrast to the bustling cities that we start and end in.

RIDING PROFILE
This is a road tour designed for riders with a reasonable level of fitness as we ride everyday and some of the distance are quite long. We ride approx 980 km and this is on all tarmac and predominantly flat.

We are shadowed by a well-equipped escort vehicle and our guides have powerful two-way radios. The first 2 days have some hill climbs but they are not to challenging as they are not steep or very long, participants should be confident of their physical condition and bike handling skills.
